 This is an INFORMATIONAL patch created to alert sites that after 
 XU*8.0*799 (KERNEL VISTA ENHANCEMENTS - ENTERPRISE USER UND CMC) is 
 released, the sites will begin receiving an increased number of Mailman 
 messages regarding terminated users with active equipment assignments.
 Resolution: To stop the Mailman messages, you can turn off the ENIT USER 
 ACCOUNT TERMINATED option.

 XU*8.0*799
  
 Problem:
 ------- 
 After Master Person Index (MPI) patch XU*8.0*799 is released in 
 Production, sites will start receiving an increase in Mailman messages 
 regarding terminated users with active equipment assignments. The influx 
 will likely be most dramatic at Maximo sites, and the extent of the 
 increase depends on how well sites have been maintaining their records.
  
 This increase is expected, as XU*8.0*799 restores and corrects 
 functionality in the XUAUTODEACTIVATE process that was previously broken. 
 This restored functionality eventually triggers the ENIT USER ACCOUNT 
 TERMINATED option where notifications are sent out. 
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 To stop the Mailman messages, you can turn off the ENIT USER ACCOUNT 
 TERMINATED option via SNOW ticket request.
