 This patch corrects the situation introduced with patch FB*3.5*153 where 
 an error is received when queuing the report from the two options:
 Estimate Funds for Obligation [FBCNH ESTIMATE FUNDS] and Post Commitments
 for Obligation [FBCNH POST COMMITMENTS].

 1. INC000001281755 Task error when queuing CNH Post Commitments
  
 Problem:
 --------
 When a user attempts to queue the option Estimate Funds for Obligation
 [FBCNH ESTIMATE FUNDS] or the option Post Commitments for Obligation
 [FBCNH POST COMMITMENTS] they receive a task error.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 Routine FBNHPC has been updated to ensure two key variables are passed to
 the tasked job when queuing for the above two options.

        ================INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ================= 
  
 This patch may be installed with users on the system although it is 
 recommended that it be installed during non-peak hours to minimize
 potential disruption to users. You may queue the install if you wish.
 It should take less than two minutes to install this patch.
  
    1. Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
       INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.  
   
    2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select 
       the Installation menu.  
   
    3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options: 
       (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter FB*3.5*162)
   
         a.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option allows
             you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
             transport global.
         b.  Print Transport Global - This option allows you to view
             the components of the KIDS build.
         c.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option 
             allows you to view all changes that are made when this 
             patch is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
             (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
         d.  Backup a Transport Global - This option creates a backup
             message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
             backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
   
    4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package
       FB*3.5*162.
   
    5. When Prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
       NO//", respond NO.  
   
    6. When Prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, 
       and Protocols? YES//", respond YES.
  
       1) When prompted "Enter options you wish to mark as "Out of
          Order":" enter the following option:
                                                        
          Estimate Funds for Obligation      [FBCNH ESTIMATE FUNDS] 
          Post Commitments for Obligation    [FBCNH POST COMMITMENTS]
  
       2) When prompted "Enter protocols you wish to mark as "Out of
          Order":", just press <Return>.
