HD0000000610875 - Palo Alto Error after FH*5.5*27 Installation PROBLEM: -------- When a patient is transferred to a nutrition location with more than one clinician assigned to it, an error will be generated with the second clinician and the user will be forced out of VistA. RESOLUTION: ----------- Modify routine FHWTRN to reset the variable FHTF for each clinician assigned to the nutrition location that the patient is being transferred to. TECHNICAL SUMMARY: ================== Routine FHWTRN will set the variable FHTF with the tickler data. Then routine FHWTRN will call routine FILE^FHCTF2 to file the tickler for the clinician. FHCTF2 will file the tickler, kill the variable FHTF and return to FHWTRN. Routine FHWTRN does not reset variable FHTF. =================== INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ===================== Installation will take less than 2 minutes. Users may be on the system. 1.
