This causes a problem for sites because they are unable to determine which food preferences don't have an associated meal; therefore they are unable to correct them in the Enter/Edit Patient Preferences [FHSEL3]. These food preferences will now appear in the patient's list of food preferences but with no indicator that it lacks an associated meal. The site may be not able to determine easily which food preference did not have an associated meal in order to correct it.
