Currently, there are menu options available that allow the user to access and see the contents of the old Clinician field. #3 Menu option WL List Nutrition Locations [FHPRO6] displays the contents of the old clinician's field. The user can also change the LIKE/DISLIKE field from the default DISLIKE to LIKE. Resolution #1 ---------- Modifications will be made in FHSELA1 to no longer allow the user to edit the Food Preference name and the LIKE/DISLIKE field will no longer be available for edit. Problem #2 HD0000000210883 POST FH*5.5*8 RELEASE ISSUES ------- Patch FH*5.5*8 created a new multiple field, CLINICIAN(S) (#112), in the NUTRITION LOCATION file (#119.6) which allows for multiple clinicians to be defined for a location. The following menu options allow the user update and display access to the old clinician field: DIETETIC FACILITIES WE Enter/Edit Nutrition Locations [FHPRO2] DIETETICS MANAGEMENT/CM-CLINICAL MANAGEMENT/ XM-CONSULT MANAGEMENT WE Enter/Edit Ward Assignments [FHORC5] WL List Ward Assignments [FHORC6] Resolution #2 ---------- Modifications will be made in routines FHPRO and FHSELA1 to eliminate access to the old clinician field (#1) and print template - FHORWRD will be modified to no longer print/display the old clinician field. Problem #3 HD0000000214407 POST FH*5.5*8 RELEASE ISSUE - CLINICIAN ------- FIELD Menu option WL List Nutrition Locations [FHPRO6] currently displays the contents of the old clinician field from the NUTRITION LOCATION file (#119.6). This should display the contents of the new Clinician's Multiple field (#112). Resolution #3 ---------- Modifications will be made to routine FHPRW to now utilize the new Clinician's multiple field (#112) when displaying the Nutrition Location file entries. Users do not need to be off the system. Install time will be less than 2 minutes. 1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu. [Note: TEXT PRINT/DISPLAY option in the PackMan menu will display the patch text only]. 2. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System (KIDS) menu, select the Installation menu. 3. From this menu, you may elect to use the following options: (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter FH*5.5*12) a. Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup message of any routines exported with the patch. It will NOT backup any other changes such as DDs or templates. b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - this option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch is installed. It compares all components of the patch (routines, DDs, templates, etc.). c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. d. Print Transport Global - this option will allow you to view the components of the KIDS build. 4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package FH*5.5*12. 5. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//', respond NO. 6. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? NO//', respond NO.
