A CPRS GUI user at a non-VA site entering a new problem list item while entering an encounter for a patient will generate an undefined variable error when saving the form. Resolution: ----------- Modify the CPRS GUI Mumps side to save the diagnosis entered on the Diagnosis Tab of the Encounter Form on the Notes Tab of CPRS GUI for inpatients whose hospital location type is "Clinic". 2. HD0000000302068 Encounter information "disappears" Problem: -------- At a non-VA site the Appointment Management [SDAM APPT MGT] option will generate an error when the user tries to add a diagnosis code to the problem list during the Check Out [CO] process. This error will crash the option and lost all of the data entered during the Check Out process. Resolution: ----------- Modify the Mumps code used by the Appointment Management [SDAM APPT MGT] option to take into account the user is at a non-VA site and set all variables properly. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ========================= This patch can be loaded with users in the system. Installation time will be less than 2 minutes. 1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu. 2. From the Kernel Installation & Distribution System menu, select the Installation menu. 3. From this menu, you may select to use the following options (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter GMPL*2.0*39) a. Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup message of any routines exported with the patch. It will NOT backup any other changes such as DDs or templates. b. Compare Transport Global to Current System - this option will allow you to view all changes that will be made when the patch is installed. It compares all components of the patch (routines, DDs, templates, etc.). c. Verify Checksums in Transport Global - this option will ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the transport global. 4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package GMPL*2.0*39 5. When prompted "Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? NO//" respond NO. 6. When prompted "Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and Protocols? NO//" respond NO.
