 A few issues were discovered with the Problem List User Manual. The 
 current versions are not compliant with the Section 508 Amendment to the 
 Rehabilitation Act of 173 (508). New 508 compliant versions are being 
 released with this patch. Broken links were also discovered. They were 
 removed along with unavailable information regarding SACC, Permission 
 Request, and CPRS Wiki.
