Associated NSR(s): ================= N/A Associated Remedy ticket(s): =========================== 1) INC0000000237112 HDR Merge Testing: Resulting patient lists NKA Participating Test Sites: ======================== South Texas HCS Hudson Valley HCS REMEDY OVERVIEW: =============== 1) INC0000000237112 - HDR Merge Testing: Resulting patient lists NKA Problem: -------- Duplicate patient merge functionality is not processing data elements from allergy assessments. If two patients are merged and one has allergies and the other does not, there is no check to see if an assessment has been done to determine if the patient should be marked as having allergies. Solution: --------- A routine has been added to run pre-merge that will assess both the FROM and TO patients to determine their allergy status and set appropriate fields in the ADVERSE REACTION ASSESSMENT file (#120.86). This routine will be added to the package file and will be permanent for the merge to call each time before it is run.
