INC23757251 - Random verbiage on interfacility consult (IFC)/referral comment in CPRS that does not belong to that IFC/referral (Duplicates - INC24368184, INC24570762, INC24616823, INC24659067, INC24715567, INC25366678, INC25438243, INC25678467, INC25721581, INC25860800, INC25919136, and INC25929773) Problem: -------- Sites' interfacility consults (IFCs)/referrals contained wording that was not related to the consult/referral at all. Verbiage of DYN (dynamic documentation, Cerner term) or the CPRS remote site did not include this verbiage. The additional incorrect verbiage was carried over to CPRS/JLV to the originating site on a COMPLETE/UPDATE action. Resolution: ----------- This patch will include a menu option for a report that will assist the sites in identifying the erroneous verbiage that needs to be manually repaired (Help Desk ticket). The patch fix clears out cached data from previous consult activity prior to storing a new comment in the IFC/referral process to aid in preventing the defect from occurring in the future.
