 This Informational patch will resolve the following issue:
  
 INC8922466 - Review documents on VDL for HEALTH SUMMARY TECHNICAL MANUAL,
              USER MANUAL and INSTALLATION GUIDE 
  
   Problem 1:
   ----------
   The VDL and SFTP sites have multiple versions of the Health Summary 
   Technical Manual, User Manual, and Installation Guide. This makes it 
   difficult to know which manuals users should be referencing.
  
   It has been requested that all versions of the Technical Manual, User 
   Manual, and Installation Guide be reviewed and combined so that there is
   only one version of each of these documents.
  
   Resolution 1:
   -------------
   All versions of the Technical Manual, User Manual, and Installation
   Guide have been reviewed and combined so that there is only one version
   of each of these documents.
  
  
 Software and Documentation Retrieval Instructions:
 ==================================================
 The new versions of the Health Summary Technical Manual, User Manual, and
 Installation Guide are available for download.
      
 Sites may retrieve the documentation using Secure File Transfer Protocol
 (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE directory at download.vista.domain.ext.
 This transmits the files from the first available server.
