Description:
============

 In the post-initialization routine this patch will add data for the 
 LABORATORY Domain to the HDIS DOMAIN file (#7115.1). It will also add
 data for the File/Fields being standardized for LABORATORY to the HDIS
 FILE/FIELD file (#7115.6). These entries are being added to the files for
 VHA Unique Identifier (VUID) Seeding which is part of standardizing
 the MASTER LABORATORY TEST file (#66.3).
  
 Blood Bank Review:

 EFFECT ON BLOOD BANK FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Patch HDI*1.0*15 contains 
 changes to a package referenced in ProPath standard titled: BBM Team
 Review of VistA Patches. This patch does not alter or modify any VistA
 Blood Bank software design safeguards or safety critical elements
 functions.
  
 RISK ANALYSIS: Changes made by patch HDI*1.0*15 have no effect on Blood
 Bank software functionality, therefore RISK is none.

 Installation Instructions:
 =========================
 This patch can be installed with users on the system with installation
 taking less than 1 minute.
  
  Note: The following is a list of REQUIRED builds for HDI*1.0*15.
        KIDS will not allow the installation of this patch
        without the prior installation of them.
  
             HDI*1.0*6
             XU*8.0*665
  
   1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan menu. [Note:
      TEXT PRINT/DISPLAY option in the PackMan menu will display the
      patch text only.]
  
   2. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select
      the Installation menu.
  
   3. From this menu, you may elect to use the following options
      (when prompted for INSTALL NAME, enter HDI*1.0*15):
  
        a.  Backup a Transport Global
        b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System
        c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global
        d.  Print Transport Global
  
   4. Use the Install Package(s) option and select the package HDI*1.0*15.
  
   5. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
  
   6. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options, and
      Protocols? YES//', respond NO.
  
   7. Routine HDI1015A may be deleted after successful 
      installation of this patch.
