 HDR Release 3.26.1 includes the following TRM Upgrades to support compliance
  with VA standards; this release also includes Defect fixes:
  
  * JAXB (Java Architecture for Extensible Markup Language(XML) Binding)
    Reference Implementation (RI) allows for marshalling and 
    un-marshalling of Java objects to XML. 
  * HAPI (Health Level Seven (HL7) Application Programming Interface is 
    an open source, object-oriented HL7 parser for Java. 
  * JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is a reference implementation of a 
    JSON package in Java.
  * Defect 1061213: Messages were stored in the relational tables when 
    Monitor. AUDIT_CLOB_STR was set to read only (PS 2.0, DMP, and Census)
  * Defect 1061213: Messages were stored in the relational tables when 
    Monitor. AUDIT_CLOB_STR was set to read only (PS 2.0, DMP, and Census)
  * Defect 1073008: CA/AR not logged with invalid/NULL completed date 
    time for PS and DMP messages.
  * Defect 1077568: For HTH Vital writes CR and only one Acknowledgement 
    is returned in HDR 3.26.1.1 build in SQA2.
  * Defect 1079246: For HTH Vital writes is giving null point exception 
    in HDR 3.26.1.1 build in SQA2
  
 The Home Telehealth (HTH) client supports the Veterans in their homes with
 biometric monitoring and measurement technologies to help maintain their 
 independent living capability, reduce hospital admissions, and improve 
 health outcomes and writes results to the HDR database.
  
 The deployment date for HDR 3.26.1 is scheduled August 20, 2019 by the 
 AITC.
