In order to back out the patch, the HMP UI CONTEXT [HMP UI CONTEXT version 20160108-01.US12195] option will need to be back out manually with the assistance from ASM. Backing out the patch will be done only with the concurrence and participation of ASM and appropriate VA site/region personnel.
