    prescription cost for the rate types: Reimbursable Insurance, No Fault
    Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Tort Feasor, Humanitarian,

 Problem:
 --------
 The rate type Interagency needs the new administrative fee of $13.07 with 
 an effective date of January 1st, 2014.
  
 Resolution:
 -----------
 The software was modified to inactivate the rate schedule containing the
 IA-RX FILL charge set for the Interagency rate type with an inactive date
 of December 31st, 2013 and added the new administrative fee of $13.07 to 
 the new rate schedule with an effective date of January 1st, 2014.

 2. INC000001067454 CY2015 administrative fee update for 3rd party RX claims
  
 Problem:
 --------
 The Chief Business Office (CBO) has requested an update to the
 administrative charge of the 3rd party prescription for these rate types:
 Reimbursable Insurance, No Fault Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Tort
 Feasor, Humanitarian, Ineligible and Interagency in the RATE SCHEDULE file
 (#363).
  
 These rate types need the new administrative fee of $13.10 with an 
 effective date of January 1st, 2015.
  
 Resolution:

 The software was modified to inactivate the rate schedule containing the 
 RX COST charge set for the rate types: Reimbursable Insurance, No Fault 
 Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Tort Feasor, Humanitarian, Ineligible 
 and Interagency with an inactive date of December 31st, 2014 and added 
 the new administrative fee of $13.10 to the new rate schedules with an 
 effective date of January 1st, 2015.

      Choose the PackMan message containing this patch and invoke the
      INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE PackMan option.
             Verify Checksums in Transport Global 
             Install Package(s)
             Restart Install of Package(s)
             Unload a Distribution 
             Backup a Transport Global 
  
 2.   Select Installation Option:
      ---------------------------
      NOTE:  The following are OPTIONAL - (When prompted for the INSTALL
             NAME, enter IB*2.0*538):
  
      a.  Backup a Transport Global - This option will create a backup
          message of any routines exported with this patch. It will not
          backup any other changes such as DD's or templates.
      b.  Compare Transport Global to Current System - This option will
          allow you to view all changes that will be made when this patch
          is installed.  It compares all components of this patch
          (routines, DD's, templates, etc.).
      c.  Verify Checksums in Transport Global - This option will allow
          you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in the
          transport global.
  
 3.   Select Installation Option: Install Package(s)
   
      **This is the step to start the installation of this KIDS patch:
      a. Choose the Install Package(s) option to start the patch install.
      b. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install? 
         NO//' answer NO
      c. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options,
         and Protocols? NO//' answer NO
  
 4.   CLEAN UP POST-INIT ROUTINE
      --------------------------
      Optional - Once this patch has been successfully installed you may 
      delete the post-init routine: IB20P538.
