 Kernel Installation and Distribution System (KIDS) multi-build 
 distribution as PRCA_IB_EPAYMENTS_BUNDLE_2_0.KID.
  
 The ePayments Agent Cashier menu receipt processing and link payment 
 functionality has been changed to allow EEOBs, marked as 'removed' when 
 suspended in the ERA Worklist, to be restored to the correct claim. 
  
 Routine "IBCEOB4" was modified to accommodate restoring EEOBs which have 
 previously been removed back to the correct claim.
