INC21878486: Clarksburg - recurring error the past three days BUFFER+24^IBCNIUHL *DATA(2.312 Problem: -------- VistA crashes in the background when it tries to transmit a recently verified active insurance policy to another Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC), if the user deletes the policy from VistA within five minutes of verifying it. Resolution: ----------- VistA was modified to properly handle the situation when a recently verified policy is deleted before it can be shared with other VAMCs. 2. INC22203086: Existing defect in the field-INC - error to log; noticed in Hines ERROR TRAP. Problem: -------- SEARCH+6^VALM40 ^TMP("IBCNSC",37452,94,0) The ^TMP("IBCNSC",$J,line #,0) is not defined for a specific blank line. Therefore, when the code loops through the global by line number sequentially, it crashes when it hits the missing line #. When a user selects the search list action (SL) on the first page in the option 'Insurance Company Entry/Edit' [IBCN INSURANCE CO EDIT] this problem occurs. Resolution: ----------- VistA was modified to define the missing entry in ^TMP("IBCNSC",$J) when building the display's temp global by correcting the routine IBCNSC01. 3. INC22939855: BACKGND+65^IBCNRDV *IBT("") Error Occurring In Butler Problem: -------- When a veteran is registered at a site and has more than one active insurance policy at other VAMCs, the part that tries to prepopulate the veteran's record with active insurance can crash. This does not affect the patient's registration. It happens in the background; therefore, user are not being kicked out of VistA. The veteran's insurance will be captured by other processes. Resolution: ----------- VistA was modified to correct the variable "IBX" which was inadvertently set to null.
