The following features of the IB software will be affected by this patch: * New Remote Procedure Calls (RPC) to aggregate Printed Claims Report (PCR) data via Transaction Application Suite (TAS) platform. * Improvements to Coordination of Benefits Management Worklist (CBW) [IBCE COB MANAGEMENT] to display claims with filing errors and limit actions to correct. * Improvements to MRA Management WorkList [IBCE MRA MANAGEMENT] to ensure all parts of split Medicare Remittance Advice (MRA) are received before processing. * Increase the number of procedure modifiers sent from 2 to 4 in the Outpatient Service Line Data on EDI X12 837I claims submission. * Increase the number of procedure modifiers sent from 2 to 4 in Form Locator (FL) 44 on printed UB-04. * When authorizing a UB-04 bill, change warning when a line contains more than 4 modifiers instead of 2 for a Procedure Code. Move workarounds previously performed by Financial Services Center (FSC) pre-processor to Vista post-processer: * Remove the Secondary ID and Qualifier when the Second ID Qualifier is "2U" and the Payer is Medicare. * Group the DC records by the Diagnosis Type. * Remove secondary provider information where the Destination Payer is Medicare Part-A. * Remove Remaining Patient Liability Amount and Other Payer Check Date when the Other Payer is a Primary or Secondary Payer. * Remove secondary provider information where the Destination Payer is Medicare Part-B.
