INC33561260: Undefined error when trying to submit and finalize bill. Problem: -------- When creating a bill using the CMS-1500 form type and PROFESSIONAL charge type, users are encountering an undefined error when there are at least 16 diagnosis codes on the bill, and a CPT code is associated with diagnosis codes 13-16. This is occurring because routine IBCEU3 is expecting the LET array to be set. However, the LET array does not get set appropriately if there are at least 16 diagnosis codes, and diagnosis codes 13-16 are associated with a CPT code. Resolution: ----------- Update routine IBCEU3 so that the LET array gets set appropriately for a bill that has at least 16 diagnosis codes, and diagnosis codes 13-16 are associated with a CPT code.
