  data in patch LEX*2.0*97.  Patch LEX*2.0*97 requires that patch
  LEX*2.0*96, LEX*2.0*87 and PXRM*2.0*36 be previously installed.
  
  LEX*2.0*97 writes to the following files:
  
       ICD DIAGNOSIS             #80       ^ICD9(       ICR 4485
 
   
  ENHANCEMENTS

    This patch exports updates the ICD CODES NOT CC WITH sub-file #80.03.
    These are ICD codes that are not considered as Complication/comorbidity
    with the code named in the CODE NUMBER field #.01 of the ICD DIAGNOSIS 
    file #80.  This update is limited to ICD-9.
