  Note:  This patch is an emergency released with a 72-hour compliance.
  
         This patch is being released in support of the Enrollment System
         (ES) Discontinue Annual Means Test Renewal project.  IVM*2*154
         (Income Verification Match) is being released along with DG*5.3*858
         (Registration), EAS*1*106 (Enrollment Application System), DGBT*1*24
         (Beneficiary Travel), and IB*2*385 (Integrated Billing) in
         host file: DG_53_P858.KID.
   
         It is imperative that these patches be installed no later than the
         compliance date.  Your understanding and support is appreciated.

  The Health Eligibility Center (HEC) requested modifications to the
  Enrollment System (ES) and VistA Registration, Enrollment and Eligibility
  (VistA REE) software to support the requirements of the Discontinue Annual
  Means Test Renewal project.
   
  This patch modifies the Income Verification Match v2.0 application
  as described below:
   
  1.  A Financial Query will be not be permitted for patients having a
      current Means Test less than 1 year old as of the Veterans Financial
      Application (VFA) Start Date, January 1, 2013.
