  Note:  IVM*2*153 is being released along with DG*5.3*855
         in host file: DG_53_P855.KID.
  
         It is imperative that these patches be installed no later than the
         compliance date.  Your understanding and support is appreciated.

  Patch DG*5.3*797 added the new MILITARY SERVICE EPISODE sub-file 
  (#2.3216) in the PATIENT (#2) file to store Military Service Episode
  (MSE) data. Changes in that patch included modifications to several
  consistency checks that used MSE data.  The checks for data
  inconsistencies should only be checking the MSEs in the new MILITARY
  SERVICE EPISODE sub-file (#2.3216).
  
  However, during the check for inconsistencies that would prevent the 
  transmission of a Z07 HL7 message to the Health Eligibility Center 
  (HEC), the MSE data in the old location is being checked instead of the
  MSEs in the new location.  This is causing invalid inconsistency errors
  to be filed in the INCONSISTENT DATA file (#38.5), and preventing the
  transmission of the Z07 messages for those patients. 
  
  The wrong MSE data is being checked for the following inconsistencies:
  
   83    MERCH SEA OR FILIPINO VET BOS REQUIRES SERVICE DATES DURING WWII
   85    VERIFIED FILIPINO VETERAN SHOULD HAVE A VETERAN STATUS OF 'YES'
   86    INELIGIBLE FILIPINO VETERAN SHOULD HAVE A VETERAN STATUS OF 'NO'
  
  This patch is being released with patch DG*5.3*855 in host file 
  DG_53_P855.KID.

  Service Episode (MSE) data in sub-file (#2.3216) in the PATIENT (#2) 
  file for consistency checks prior to processing a Z07 message.

  IVM*2*153 is being released along with DG*5.3*855 in host file: 
  DG_53_P855.KID.  Installing DG*5.3*855 will also install IVM*2*153.
