 Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) 
 Income Verification Match (IVM)patch IVM*2.0*197 is being released with 
 DG*5.3*1041 to support the enhancements for the Enterprise Health 
 Benefits Determination (EHBD) program. This patch focuses on updates for 
 the Enrollment System Modernization (ESM) Phase 3 project.
  
 IVM*2.0*197 is being released in support of the Enrollment System 
 (ES) 5.14.1 release. Refer to Informational Patch EAS*1*195 (Enrollment
 Application System) for additional details regarding the ES release.
  
 The VA will provide COVID-19 vaccinations to the US Department of Homeland
 Security (DHS) employees irrespective of their Veteran status. DHS 
 employees who are unknown to the VA system will be registered as
 non-Veterans with a Primary Eligibility of OTHER FEDERAL AGENCY. This
 selection allows the user to then select the appropriate agency from a
 list. Currently, DHS is not one of the values within the list; patch
 DG*5.3*1041 adds the value.
  
 This Informational patch lists the additions to the Income Verification 
 Match (IVM) Technical Manual that document this new value.
