 Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) 
 Income Verification Match (IVM) patch IVM*2.0*198 is being released with 
 DG*5.3*1044 to support the enhancements for the Enterprise Health 
 Benefits Determination (EHBD) program. This patch focuses on updates for 
 the Enrollment System Modernization (ESM) Phase 3 project.
  
 IVM*2.0*198 is being released in support of the Enrollment System 
 (ES) 5.16 release. Refer to Informational Patch EAS*1*199 (Enrollment
 Application System) for additional details regarding the ES release.
  
 VistA is updated to support a new service branch of SPACE FORCE. With this
 update, the NAME field (#.01) of the "AIR FORCE--ACTIVE DUTY" entry in 
 the PERIOD OF SERVICE (#21) file is changed to "USAF, USSF - ACTIVE DUTY".
  
 This Informational patch lists the changes to the Income Verification 
 Match (IVM) Technical Manual that document this changed value.
