 Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) 
 Income Verification Match (IVM) patch IVM*2.0*202 is being released with 
 DG*5.3*1061 to support the enhancements for the Enterprise Health 
 Benefits Determination (EHBD) program. This patch focuses on updates for 
 the Enrollment System Modernization (ESM) Phase 4 project.
  
 IVM*2.0*202 is being released in support of the Enrollment System 
 (ES) 5.18 release. Refer to Informational Patch EAS*1*204 (Enrollment
 Application System) for additional details regarding the ES release.
  
 VistA is updated to support two new eligibility codes: COMPACT ACT
 ELIGIBLE and SPECIAL TX AUTHORITY CARE. These codes are added to the MAS
 ELIGIBILITY CODE file (#8.1) and the ELIGIBILITY CODE file (#8).
  
 This Informational patch lists the changes to the Income Verification 
 Match (IVM) Technical Manual that document the addition of these codes.
