 Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA)
 Income Verification Match (IVM) patch IVM*2.0*213 is being released with
 DG*5.3*1103 to support the enhancements for the Eligibility and Enrollment
 (E&E) program. 
  
 Patch IVM*2.0*213 is also being released in support of the Veterans 
 Health Administration (VHA) Enrollment System (VES) 6.7.1 release.
  
 Patch DG*5.3*1103 modifies the Health Level 7 (HL7) ORF/ORU-Z11 messages 
 by adding SEQ 48 for TOXIC EXPOSURE RISK ACTIVITY (TERA) Indicator. There 
 are no changes to the HL7 ORF/ORU-Z07 messages.
  
 Patch IVM*2.0*213 documents the new values in the IVM Technical Manual.
