 * NOTE: This patch is loaded on the National JLV server. There is       *
 * nothing that local sites can or need to do besides communicate        *
 * changes to users.                                                     *

 JLV version 2.5.1 includes the following changes:
  
 - Blood Transfusion/blood bank data would display with the BB 
 abbreviation in the Type column of the Expanded view of the Lab Results
 widget.
  
 - The system shall have the ability to lookup any patient registered for 
 care in VA and have a MVI patient identifier when there is an absence of 
 an EDIPI in DMDC/DEERS  (non-correlated).
  
 - The system shall display a purple Hexagon of data items whose source is 
 HIE VA Community Partner data.
  
 - The system shall display HIE VA Community Partner C32, CCD, C-CDA and 
 C62 data in a widget titled: Community Health Summaries and Documents
 (VA).
  
 - The system shall limit JLV patient search by blocking DG sensitive 
 record types by:
   a) Undefined Social Security Numbers
   b) Self records
  
 - The system shall display the default JLV user profile as:
   a) Display the Blue theme
       1) Will require the radio button on settings for color themes to be 
          changed from default theme to a Black theme
   b) Display the following widgets on the patient demographics page
       1) Allergies, Problem List, Documents, Outpatient Medications, Lab 
          Results
   c) Rename the current "docs" tab to "Commonly Used" Widget
   d) Display the following widgets on the "Commonly Used" Widget
       1) Appointments, Consult Encounters, Radiology Reports, Vitals, 
          Immunizations, Lab Panel Results.
  
 - Revert the "progress notes" widget back to the previous JLV version 2.4
  
  
 Participating Test Sites:
 =========================
 The requirements planned for the JLV 2.5.0.0 (listed in Section 1.3, 
 Testing Scope) Sprints 1-4 were verified and validated during the
 Development Independent Testing (DIT) phase of testing. All requirements
 mapped to the test scripts. The scripts are designed to be end-to-end
 functional tests of the system to evaluate all the technical requirements
 including the testing of external interfaces where appropriate.
  
 The DIT cycle consisted of smoke testing and the formal DIT. Before 
 starting the DIT cycle, a JLV Web application baseline is installed on the
 system. Tests are than run against this software baseline. Any issues
 found and potential resolutions are assessed for possible inclusion in the
 software baseline.
  
 During DIT, the test team validated the requirements provided in the RTM
 using the test scripts and the test cases. Any issues encountered is
 recorded as a defect in JIRA (internal defect tracking repository used).
  
  
 Documentation Instructions:
 ==========================
 The preferred method is to retrieve files from download.vista.domain.ext.
 This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may also
 elect to retrieve files directly from a specific server. 
  
 Sites may retrieve the software and/or documentation directly 
 using Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE
 directory at the following OI Field Offices:
