 * to the production server at 11pm EST on 11/03/2021.                   *

 * NOTE: This patch was loaded on the National JLV server. There is      *
 * nothing that local sites can or need to do besides communicate        *
 * changes to users.                                                     *

 JLV 2.9.5.1.3 hot patch addresses several critical/high priority defects. 
 This release ensures the JLV application works properly in Internet 
 Explorer (IE) to support VA Cerner users who can only launch the JLV 
 application in IE.  This was not discovered in the last JLV 2.9.5.1.2 hot 
 patch due to JLV no longer supporting IE per VA policy and IE 
 functionality was not tested. This release also properly displays Patient 
 Flags and Postings records when columns are sorted with either the 
 dropdown or text filter applied and when grouped under a parent record, 
 fixes the site information in the Preview of Record window and generated 
 medical reports to show data from the selected patient and not the 
 initially selected patient, and confirms the Copy to Clipboard button 
 functionality is disabled. Additionally, JLV 2.9.5.1.3 addresses one 
 medium defect to amend the hover over text for the EZ Select All icon to 
 the Business approved text.

 During DIT, the test team validated the requirements provided in the
 JIRA JP Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the 
 test Cases in TestRail. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in 
 the JIRA JP Project.
