 * nothing that local sites can or need to do besides communicate        *
 * changes to users.                                                     *

 The JLV 2.9.5.1.4 hot patch corrects the behavior of labels for generated 
 graphs in the Lab Results widget. The labels remain and do not move or 
 disappear when the widget window moves or closes/minimizes. The page must 
 be reloaded to remove the labels. The persisting labels obstruct the 
 clinicians' view to other health data and impacts their workflow.
