 JLV 2.9.3.1 merges and tests the JLV code provided by the Office of 
 Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM) for permanent integration 
 in the JLV baseline. This release integrates with Cerner Fast Healthcare 
 Interoperability Resources (FHIR) Application Programming Interface (API) 
 for the Vitals widget to display Federal Electronic Health Record (FEHR) 
 vital signs in a more readable format. JLV 2.9.3.1 also resolves multiple 
 defects that impacts the processing and display of health data elements.
  
 JLV 2.9.3.1 contains the following feature and defects:
  
 * Cerner FHIR API Vital Signs
  
 * Can't filter or sort the FEHR nutrition orders together
  
 * Labs Cerner FHIR API No Panel Link
  
 * Immunization- FEHR site hover shows null or number for some records
  
 * FHIR API  Lab results- missing Order #
  
 * Cerner FHIR API for labs is missing the < from a result
  
 * Transfusion Reaction not filtered
  
 * Addition of FEHR SIGI impacts Patient Search window (SIGI cut off or 
   missing)
  
 The requirements planned for the JLV 2.9.3.1 were verified 
 and validated by the OEHRM/Cerner team.   
  
 Full regression testing was performed by the JLV team to validate the 
 end-to-end functionality of the system and to evaluate all the technical 
 requirements to include the testing of external interfaces where and when 
 appropriate.
  
 Any issues found and potential resolutions are assessed for possible
 inclusion in the software baseline or are recorded as defects in 
 the JIRA JP Project and placed in the backlog for grooming.
