 JLV 3.6.1.0 release focuses on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure
 improvements. Infrastructure work includes completing Disaster Recovery
 Site Phase 2 to establish a more resilient failover strategy in AWS and
 automating the Simplified (blue/green) Deployment Solution to reduce
 manual errors during deployments. This release also continues to reduce
 technical debt by optimizing Dockerfile and CodePipeline components for
 faster and more reliable deployments.

 During DIT, the test team validated the requirements provided in the
 JIRA JP Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the 
 test Cases in TestRail. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in 
 the JIRA JP Project.
