 JLV 3.14.3.0 release addresses several critical defects and implements key
 updates to improve data accuracy, system usability, and platform stability
 This release resolves issues such as image descriptions incorrectly
 crossing into the JLV interface, lab result timestamps not matching CPRS,
 and a specific ERD error in the Federal widget for a real patient. It also
 fixes a UI defect where the RB icon on navigation bars remained disabled
 during certain Medicine Full Reports workflows and restores functionality
 to the "Copy to Clipboard" and "Print" icons in the Flags and AD window
 when VPN is disconnected. Additionally, this release includes non-
 functional updates such as library upgrades and improved data mapping for
 Allergies, Medications, Documents, and Immunizations.
  
 Value to Veteran: This release improves the reliability and accuracy of
 the JLV platform, ensuring VA healthcare providers have access to complete
 and consistent clinical data, ultimately supporting the delivery of high-
 quality care to Veterans.

 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
