 JLV 3.14.5.0 release delivers critical defect and bug fixes focused on
 time zone accuracy, data consistency, and accessibility. This release
 resolves caching issues and standardizes date/time formatting across
 Procedures, Consults, Orders, Medications, Documents, Radiology, and
 Imaging. This release also corrects time zone discrepancies in Labs,
 Immunizations, and multiple widgets.  Additionally, the release includes
 improved error logging in Report Builder, updated libraries for
 performance and security, and a fix for Problem List filtering.
 Accessibility compliance is strengthened by resolving focus loss in
 Medication Outpatient detail views for JAWS users, and the Advanced
 Directives Inclusion List has been updated per

 nothing that local sites can or need to do besides communicate changes
 to users.
 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
