 JLV 3.15.0.0 Release implements changes to support the VA's Single-Sign-On
 (SSO) Modernization by transitioning JLV to modern, secure authentication
 standards aligned with current industry best practices and zero-trust
 architecture. This release strengthens JLV's security posture through
 modern protocols, improved authentication methods, and a seamless user
 sign-in experience.
  
 Value to Veteran: By ensuring stable, secure access to JLV, clinicians
 can more reliably access the information they need, ultimately supporting
 faster, safer, and more coordinated care for Veterans.

 Installation Instructions:
 NOTE: The release was loaded on the National JLV servers. There is
 nothing that local sites can or need to do besides communicate changes
 to users.
 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
