 JLV 3.15.0.1 Hot Patch builds on the 3.15.0.0 release, which modernized
 authentication and strengthened JLV's security posture. This hot patch
 resolves an intermittent error that occurred when users attempted to
 build reports after adding multiple records in the Report Builder (RB).
 The issue caused "Unable to Build the Reports" errors, with 404 and 500
 responses observed in development tools. The hot patch corrects this
 behavior, ensuring that users can reliably build reports regardless of
 the number of records added. This fix stabilizes the reporting process
 and restores expected functionality for clinical users. 
  
 Value to Veteran: By restoring reliable report generation and secure
 access, clinicians can more efficiently access critical information
 needed to deliver timely, coordinated care for Veterans.

 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
