 **JLV 3.15.5.0** release remediates application security vulnerabilities,
 tunes the Report Builder capability for additional stability, and fixes
 critical severity defect impacting the Community Health Summaries and
 Documents widget.
  
 Value to Veteran: This release ensures clinicians have access to veteran
 data in a readable format, which allows for more accurate healthcare
 decisions for the veteran.

 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
