 **JLV 3.15.5.1** patch release remediates user login issues resulted from
 a Microsoft Entra ID dependency, by bypassing VistA ID token check prior
 to retrieving user's Security ID.  This maintains appropriate security
 checks while resolving issues of truncated VistA ID lists from Entra ID.
  
 **Value to Veteran:** This release ensures VA clinicians have access to
 the entire veteran's longitudinal health records, allowing for the best
 possible health decision for the veteran.

 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
 the JIRA JP Project.
