 **JLV Release 3.15.6.0** This release delivers a mix of patient safety
 corrections, UAT defect fixes, non functional requirements (NFR) updates,
 library upgrades, and a minor user interface adjustment. Corrects a high
 priority patient safety issue where Darunavir and Zonisamide were
 incorrectly flagged as allergens for patients with sulfonamide (Sulfa)
 allergies. Resolves UAT findings where allergens were mistakenly flagged
 with the Darunavir/Zonisamide logic. These misassociations have been
 corrected for accurate, consistent allergy signaling. Fixes a defect in
 which one specific allergen failed to trigger its expected flag.
 Introduces updates to CSS selector capture mechanisms aligned with ongoing
 front end modernization efforts. Deploys stylesheet updates to improve
 consistency, accessibility, and visual alignment. Incorporates secure
 coding remediations identified during Fortify static code analysis,
 improving security posture across the codebase. Removes an outdated or
 unused login screen link to streamline the interface and reduce confusion
 for end users.
  
 **Value to the veteran** with these changes the JLV system will
 strengthen clinical reliability, improve system stability, and ensure
 compliance with ongoing platform standards.

 The JLV test team validated the requirements provided in the JIRA JP
 Project requirements collection using the test scripts and the test
 Cases in Jira XRay. Any issue encountered is recorded as a defect in
