 * on Thursday June 16, 2022 at 11 pm ET.                             *

 JLV 3.0.2 release completes various infrastructure updates for VA 
 Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) and on-premise environments. For VAEC
 environment, this includes DoD JLV incoming connectivity, User Session 
 Management design, and cloud cleanup. For on-premise environments, this 
 includes upgrade Structured Query Language (SQL) servers to MSSQL 2019 
 from MSSQL 2012 and upgrade remaining servers to WebLogic 12/Java.
