Central Texas Salisbury, NC. REMEDY OVERVIEW: ================ INC000000069082 - Invalid node in file #68 from VITEK resulting Problem: -------- The HL7 record being returned to VistA from the VITEK automated instrument is setting the automated value for field LOAD LIST ENTRY (#2) incorrectly. The LOAD LIST ENTRY field (#2) was set into the incorrect result node in the ACCESSION file (#68). Example: The following example shows the LOAD LIST ENTRY being set into the wrong node - 1,4. This should have been just '4'. ^LRO(68,12,1,2980000,1,3510,1,4,548,0) = ^^223;1;5 (Invalid) and should be: ^LRO(68,12,1,2980000,1,3510,4,548,0)=548^9^223;1;5^330^2980320^^1^7394 Resolution: ----------- A modification to routine LAMIAUT8 has been made to set the LOAD LIST ENTRY into the correct node/field of the ACCESSION file. Also, a pre-install routine is included to remove the bogus nodes from file #68, and if LOAD LIST ENTRY is defined in the bogus node, set the field LOAD LIST ENTRY from the bad node into the correct code/piece. Example: This is what the node should be after pre-install: ^LRO(68,12,1,2980000,1,3510,4,548,0)=548^9^223;1;5^330^2980320^^1^7394 Routines: LAMIAUT8, LA81PRE (pre-install run) ==================== INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ==================== You may install this patch at any time without interruption to users.
