 information and errant patch installation instructions. 
  
 The list included #81.1 CPT Category when it should have been #81.3 CPT 
 Modifier.

 The instructions direct the installer to create a backup of a global, 
 which has been mislabeled. That errant global reference is included in 
 the "Pre Installation Instructions:" section of the patch description. 
 Step 3 of the patch installation instruction directs the installer to 
 back up specific globals.
  
        When you are creating a backup of a subscripted global, you
        are saving a partial global (a file within a global).  You 
        should use the utility ^%GOGEN, and when prompted for a 
        global, enter the open global reference as shown below.

 The ^DIC(81.1, global reference is in error. Instead, it should be
