This patch adds the PATHOLOGIST field (#22) to the WKLD LOG FILE (#64.03) file in order for the LABORATORY EXTRACT for FY15 to extract pathologist related data. The pathologist information is obtained from the LAB DATA file (#63) for the Cytopathology (CY), Autopsy (AU), Electron Microscopy (EM), and Surgical Pathology (SP) subscripts.
