Subj: Minor issues found with LR*5.2*476

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------After the release of patch LR*5.2*476 two (2) very minor issues were 
discovered. These issues will be corrected with patch LR*5.2*508. 
 
Issue 1:
===========
In the EXECUTE CODE entry for BACTERIOLOGY, the patch installed an 
incorrect internal entry number (IEN) which is checked in order to 
present the Sputum Screen field to the user.  The IEN 68 from the
Topography file (#61) is incorrectly used in the EXECUTE CODE:  
BACTERIOLOGY
 
It is identified as follows:

The code should be the IEN 360 for SPUTUM in the Topography file (#61).

Issue #2:
In the EXECUTE CODE file, the entry for MYCOLOGY has been identified with 
a reference to field 19.2  in both the original code at sites, and 
support accounts, as well as the patch code.

The field undelined (19.2) is not defined in the Data Dictionary of the 
LAB DATA file (#63).  The reference to 19.2 will be removed.
