 Problem:
 --------
 The ticket describes typographical errors in the description of 
 package-wide variables LRVIDO and LRVIDOF in the September 2022 
 Laboratory Technical Manual (V5.2).  The variables are used in code to 
 turn "on" and "off" (rather than "no" and "of") the reverse video and 
 blink features on a display.
  
 The current describes the variables in the following incorrect manner:
  
 LRVIDO - Escape sequence required to turn no reverse video and video 
          blink
  
 LRVIDOF - Escape sequence required to turn of LRVIDO action
  
 Resolution:

 In the documentation, the package-wide variables LRVIDO and LRVIDOF 
 descriptions are modified to indicate that they are used to turn "on" and 
 "off" the reverse video and blink features on a display.
