    Labels (generic) [LRAUMLK]" print the internal entry number (IEN) of 
    the facility in the INSITUTION (#4) file instead of the facility 
    number if the IEN and the facility number differ.
  
 Resolution:

 The patch description for LR*5.2*579 should have stated the following 
 instead:
