HDSO-1263/INC21117210 - Requesting that MAGInstall.bat be modified to prevent users from running Cache Installer when not ran as an administrator. Problem: -------- Users without administrator permissions were able to run the Cache installer portion of the LDGW install. Crucial components of the software were not installed correctly if the installing user lacked the appropriate administrator permissions. Resolution: ----------- MAGInstall.bat code was changed to check for administrator permissions before allowing installation. If none are present, the Cache (now IRIS)installer will instead give an error message and exit. Adaptive Maintenance Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: ---------------------------------------------------------- 1. HDSO-1262/IMAG-1913 LDGW upgrade to IRIS for Health 2022 Problem: -------- Cache 2014 is no longer TRM compliant. Resolution: ----------- Upgraded from Cache 2014 to IRIS for Health 2022 within LDGW. The upgrade to IRIS for Health 2022 makes LDGW TRM compliant. 2. HDSO-1261/IMAG-2237 LDGW Application support MS Windows Server 2019 Problem: -------- Cache 2014 was incompatible with MS Windows 2019 servers. Resolution: ----------- The upgrade from Cache 2014 to IRIS for Health 2022 enables proper functioning onMS Windows Server 2019. 3. HDSO-551/INC23300150 - Clean Install of MAG Patch 274, unable to login to Cache Management portal to turn off Telnet Problem: -------- Unable to login to Cache Management portal to turn off telnet, due to no known password since this is a clean install none have been set. Documentation of the Install guide 4.7.1 has notes for securing M but does not have any other instructions pertaining to installing the new DICOM Gateway without knowing the default login info. Also, Section 4.8.3 from 274 readme file is not under section 4.8 in install guide but under 4.7 just after 4.7.2 but before 4.7.3. Resolution: ----------- Updated the DICOM Gateway Installation Guide to include default login information for Cache/IRIS and also corrected the section numbering. 4. HDSO-2206- Added Auto-Login/Startup capability for LDGW Terminal Sessions Problem: -------- Reflection provided no value to the DICOM Gateway because Cache and IRIS Terminal communicated directly with the MUMPS servers on the local DICOM Gateway, bypassing Telnet. It was decided that when the DICOM Gateways are upgraded to IRIS, we will discontinue the use of Reflection and SSH and instead use IRIS Terminal sessions. Resolution: ----------- Designed an automatic startup procedure for IRIS Terminal sessions that have the following capabilities: * Displays the name of the application in the Title Bar of the Terminal window. * Automatically navigates to the menu tree and starts the appropriate application. * Requires only a single login for all IRIS Terminal windows started in a batch. * Positions the IRIS Terminal windows on the screen. 5. HDSO-2207 - Change the default IRIS Terminal Font and Screen Color Problem: -------- The VA requested to change the default terminal font and screen color to the optimum values for the DICOM Gateway application to increase visibility and accessibility. Resolution: ----------- The new IRIS terminal font and screen color will be installed automatically into the LDGW system's register during the P319 Installation.
