This Patch addresses the following defect. Defect: -------- 1. HDSO-231/INC22462806: VISN 1 will be upgrading their GE Muse 9 servers to GE MUSE NX servers. They need assistance from HDSO team to test GE MUSE NX with Vista Imaging. Adaptive Maintenance: --------------------- 1. HDSO-5536: Test to verify that we use only HTTP 1.1 protocol in P351T2 VI Display (for Muse functionality) and in the related log files. HDSO-231/INC22462806: VISN 1 will be upgrading their GE Muse 9 servers to GE MUSE NX servers. They need assistance from HDSO team to test GE MUSE NX with Vista Imaging. Problem: -------- As part of the MUSE NX upgrade effort, VISN 1 needs assistance from HDSO team to test GE MUSE NX with Vista Imaging. VistA Imaging Clinical Display is not currently allowing connections to both MUSE 9 and MUSE NX of servers. The required behavior is that VistA Imaging Clinical Display must retrieve MUSE patient information on all versions of MUSE 9 and MUSE NX without any failures or connection error messages. Resolution: ----------- The Sustainment Team made code changes to the VistA Imaging Clinical Display application so that it supports both MUSE 9 and MUSE NX (2019) servers. In previous versions it only connected to MUSE 9 servers. The VistA Imaging Clinical Display application front-end code has been modified to specifically look for the "NX" muse version name in the MUSE VERSIONS FILE (#2006.17) in order to successfully connect to the MUSE NX server ports. To achieve the code changes made on the front-end side, the post-install routine "MAGIP351" will programmatically add "NX" in the MUSE VERSIONS FILE (#2006.17) at the end of the installation process. VistA Imaging Clinical Display will connect to the MUSE NX server using HTTPS on port 443. For any other MUSE server such as MUSE 9, VistA Imaging Clinical Display will connect to the server using HTTP on Port 8100. Adaptive Maintenance Tracking System Ticket(s) & Overview: ---------------------------------------------------------- 1. HDSO-5536: Test to verify that we use only HTTP 1.1 protocol in P351T2 VI Display (for Muse functionality) and in the related log files. Problem: -------- GE only supports HTTP 1.1 protocol and not the old HTTP 1.0 that INDY components are using. This incompatibility can possibly affect interactions with the MUSE 9 and MUSE NX servers. Resolution: ----------- GE tech support reported that they only support the HTTP 1.1 protocol. This protocol logic is implemented in the INDY components and a change was required there. As we can't change INDY components directly, we made a VA copy of the Delphi unit and made changes to the copy. Finally, we bundled these changes into the installer program to ensure HTTP 1.1 is used.
