Enhancement (IMAG-4458) Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) package updates for VA Technical Reference Manual (TRM) compliance. Problem: -------- COTS packages required an upgrade in accordance with the TRM. Resolution: ----------- The Java version in MAG*3.0*268 was 8u341 and upgraded to 8u371 in accordance with the TRM. The Apache Tomcat version in MAG*3.0*268 was 9.0.73 and upgraded to 9.0.75 in accordance with the TRM. The Log4j version in MAG*3.0*268 was 2.17.1 and upgraded to 2.21.1 in accordance with the TRM. If the changes to CCIA are not approved, then CCIA will not have necessary security releases. 2. Defect (IMAG-4461, INC25069022) Get site name/location into response name for CVIX. Problem: -------- The siteName is not being populated correctly into the response name for CVIX and always showing as 200CRNR for CERNER migrated sites. Resolution: ----------- Now the equipment institution value within the CMServicesDataSourceProvider module is used as the source first, but if the equipment institution value is not available, then the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources Encounter (FHIR) is used as the source, and this populates the siteName using the site service lookup by the corresponding site number city and state of the CERNER migrated site. If the changes to CCIA are not approved, then CCIA will continue to have an incorrect site name/location into response name for CVIX for CERNER migrated sites. 3. Enhancement (IMAG-4463, INC26577774) Update VIX Viewer to display asterisks when measurement values are missing in Electrocardiograms (ECGs) /(EKGs). Problem: -------- Cerner's Millennium product and users use an asterisk to signify missing measurement values in DICOM ECGs/EKGs. The VIX Viewer used 0 and 999 for those values which confused some users. Resolution: ----------- Now the VIX Viewer uses an asterisk for missing measurement values in DICOM ECGs/EKGs. It also fixes the "BMP" label in these files by replacing it with "BPM". These changes do not apply to PDF or JPEG ECGs/EKGs. If the changes to CCIA are not approved, then the VIX Viewer in CCIA will not use asterisks for missing DICOM header tags values in ECGs and EKGs. 4. Enhancement (IMAG-4489) Allow Users to Print/Export using JLV. Problem: -------- Some users were unable to print and export images using JLV with the default CCIA Installer configuration settings for the CCIA Viewer. Resolution: ----------- Now the CCIA Installer sets the configuration settings for the CCIA Viewer to allow all users to print and export images using JLV. If the changes to CCIA are not approved, then users of JLV may not be able to print and export. 5. Enhancement (IMAG-4490) Change the Diagnostics Report Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource (FHIR) Interface from DSTU2 to R4. Problem: -------- CCIA collects Cerner radiology reports via the FHIR interface DSTU2. DSTU2 is deprecated and no longer supported by Cerner. Resolution: ----------- Now CCIA has been updated to support the FHIR interface R4 for Cerner radiology reports. If the changes to CCIA are not approved, then Cerner radiology reports will not be viewable once Cerner turns off DSTU2. 6. Defect (IMAG-4493) Fix Note Ingest Functionality Problem: -------- The ability to ingest notes on CCIA was not working. Resolution: ----------- Now CCIA has been updated to use a CammDocumetTypeKey of Assessment to allow for note ingest functionality to work as expected. If the changes to CCIA are not approved, then the ability to ingest notes will not work. 7. Enhancement (IMAG-4495) Overlay and bring in changes from the V/CVIX code base. Problem: -------- CCIA was missing changes from the most recent V/CVIX code base as the code had since diverged. Resolution: ----------- Created an initial overlay, and in some cases a merge, from the latest V/CVIX code into the CCIA code base. If the changes to CCIA are not improved, the CCIA will not receive some of the latest enhancements. 8. Enhancement (IMAG-4501) Improve performance collecting Cerner data. Problem: -------- CCIA performance is impacted by looping on a DocRef Federal Healthcare Interoperability Resource (FHIR) URL when retrieving batches called pages back from Cerner FHIR. Many of the DocRefs on these pages are not used for the CCL (Cerner Command Language) results. Resolution: ----------- FHIR service for document references and the diagnostic report has been changed to improve performance. If the changes to CCIA are not approved, then CCIA will continue to suffer from potential timeouts when retrieving patient metadata. 9. Enhancement (IMAG-4502) Support HTTP/2 in the Viewer for CCIA. Problem: -------- When the HTTP/2 protocol is used, images did not display in the Viewer because the HTTP/2 protocol sends header names entirely in lower-case to the client-side code in the browser that was not expecting that. Resolution: ----------- The VIX Viewer Service and client-side browser code now ensure all HTTP headers they send are completely in lower case. When comparing received headers, the client and server code perform a case-insensitive match. This way, the Viewer displays all images regardless of the HTTP protocol in use. If the changes to CCIA are not approved, then images may not display in the Viewer. 10. Defect (IMAG-4505) Return Cerner Non-Encounter Related Documents (NERDs) to CVIX when a JLV user queries for a patient's Cerner records. Problem: -------- JLV's request handling was not applying appropriate filters between CVIX and CCIA. Further CCIA could hang indefinitely when waiting for a response from Cerner's service. Resolution: ----------- CCIA now returns Cerner NERDs to CVIX when a JLV user queries for a patient's Cerner records. Configuration can be controlled by a new includeDocumentsOverride property in the CMDataSourceProvider-1.0 configuration file. If the changes to CCIA are not approved, CCIA may hang when waiting for a response from Cerner's service and JLV request handling will not apply appropriate filters between CVIX and CCIA.
