 NOTE: This patch is to be applied to MAG*3.0*348 Central VistA Imaging 
 eXchange (CVIX) datacenter hosted servers only and does not have an 
 accompanying Kernel Installation and Distribution System (KIDS) to be 
 installed in VistA/RPMS. There are no executables or client installations 
 that require installation at VA medical centers.
  
 This patch addresses the following issue with MAG*3*0*348:
  
 1. The consolidated Text Integration Utility (TIU) endpoint had fields not
    matching the existing Ingest endpoints. The fields specialtyIndex, 
    procedure, and procedureEventIndex have been added and the typeIndex 
    field has been made optional.
  
 MAG*3.0*367 addresses the above issue and now adds the specialtyIndex, 
 procedure, procedureEventIndex fields and removes the typeIndex field 
 requirement for the TIU endpoint.
  
 The component listed below may be updated via either an automated script 
 or manual deployment process that is included in the delivery package:

    Problem:

    The consolidated TIU endpoint was missing fields present in the 
    existing Ingest endpoints and required the typeIndex field to be 
    populated, which was not desired.
   
    Resolution: 
    ----------- 
    The consolidated TIU endpoint now adds the specialtyIndex, procedure,
    and procedureEventIndex fields and no longer requires the typeIndex 
    field.
