 This is the informational patch for the release of the new Mobile
 Application Phase 2 (MAP2) Mental Health Checkup mobile application.
  
 RELEASE INFORMATION:

 Mental Health Checkup is a mobile application that allows providers and
 patients to complete mental health instruments/assessments and save the
 results in Mental Health files residing on VistA.
  
 There are two VistA patches associated with the release of Mental Health 
 Checkup. These patches are required to support Mental Health Checkup's
 interaction with VistA.

 SOFTWARE CHANGES:

 Mental Health Checkup is a mobile application. Changes will be applied to
 the production servers and will be immediately available to the users. No
 changes at the local site are required for this release.

 The Mental Health Checkup mobile application may be downloaded from the 
 VA Mobile App store, and may be used by authorized users from their mobile
