Description:

 This patch contains updates to CLINICAL PROCEDURES to support 
 the Health Management Platform (eHMP).  
  
 This patch ensures that any changes made to Clinical Procedures 
 in VistA can be shared with eHMP subscribers. The routine MDCPROTD is
 added to call the eHMP package and the post processor routine MDPOST38
 puts in place the "ASTATUS" cross references in the OBS file (#704.117)
 which has a call to the MDCPROTD routine.
  
 ****NOTE****
 This patch is part of a pre-requisite, multi-build host file which 
 contains all the patches needed prior to installation of the HMP 2.0 
 package.  This patch name is HMP PREREQUISITE BUNDLE 2.0.  The 
 multi-build contains the following patches:
